REJINA PYO offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all full-priced items provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain items, such as pierced jewelry and final sale products, are non-returnable for hygiene and clearance reasons.

Package Your Items

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels and protective bags are included to prevent damage during transit.

Affix the Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery markings.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated courier at a local drop-off point and retain your postage receipt until your refund has been processed.
